Parallax Wins Asia Pacific Awards 2023

Curfox – Ecommerce Delivery Management Software of Parallax Technologies (Pvt) Ltd, won the merit award in the Resources, Energy & Utilities/Supply Chain Logistics/Sustainability & Environment category for Sri Lanka from among 16 Asia Pacific (APAC) countries, including Australia, Bangladesh, Brunei Darussalam, China, Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Macao, Malaysia, Myanmar, Pakistan, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and Nepal, at the International Asia Pacific ICT Alliance (APICTA) Awards 2023 held in Hong Kong from December 5 to 8, 2023.

APICTA is a collaborative network of ICT communities nominated by member economies in the region, aimed at promoting technology innovation and developing indigenous ICT solutions for the global market through an annual awards program. This program is unique as it brings together participants from large and small businesses, entrepreneurs, the public sector, startups, not-for-profit organizations, and students in a single program.

Known as the “Oscar of the IT arena,” the APICTA Awards stands out as the most influential ICT industry competition in the Asia-Pacific region. Nominee selection is based on the four criteria: uniqueness of the product, market potential, features, quality, and application. Each nominee is required to pitch their product and undergo evaluation by an international judging panel. 

This year’s APICTA Awards, held in Hong Kong, united over 600 leaders and experts from the ICT industry throughout the Asia Pacific region. Across four days of award evaluations and networking events, the occasion fostered collaboration within the region’s ICT sector and afforded participants the chance to explore the forefront of the region’s innovation and technology landscape.
